^Lot 1503 Ordnance Tech. SSP-86 .22 LR #01380

The original design that would inspire the Lone Eagle production in the 1990s. This single shot silhouette, or hunting pistol is chambered in .22 Long Rifle, manufactured by Ordnance Tech Inc., Stetson, ME. Ordnance Tech later became known as Magnum Research. It features a blued 13” heavy barrel with a recessed crowned muzzle, an Aimpoint 'Electronic Mark III' (unknown rail manufacturer), manual cocking lever, cross-bolt safety, smooth curved trigger, and rotary breech. A one-piece Valox black synthetic right-handed pistol grip target stock with finger groove & thumb rest on the left side. The pistol retains approximately 90% of its original finish, showing what appears to be sanding marks on the barrel. The action is sound, the bore is bright with strong rifling, the optic batteries are stuck and functionality cannot be determined. The synthetic stock is excellent.
